Jim and Jeanne Gouge have over 20 years of owning a successful printing company. Jim owned and operated two successful restaurants before the printing business. He has been a managing partner wiith a group of franchises and has written operations manuals for a franchise while attending Tennessee Temple University where he met his wife of 32 years.
In his Senior year he was recruited by Chick-fil-A and accepted as owner/operator. Five years later, Jim and Jeanne bought a printing franchise in Wilmington, North Carolina and began their field of expertise in the printing field.
From their experience they have learned the importance of customer service - to treat the customer as they would like to be treated themselves. The importance of intergrity - always make good on your promises. The importance of listening to what your customer wants and give that customer advise and choices of the final product. The importance of meeting a deadline - we will do whaever it takes to accommodate your perimeters.
We have recently moved to a larger location and want to thank our customers who have made it possible, because we realize we would not be here if not for loyal customers. We truly appreciate your business.
